I had a flat tire as I was taking the exit in Wilmington, NC. By the time I arrived at College Tire & Auto my tire was totally flat. I pulled in the parking lot and went inside. I was a stranger to the area, but from the minute I arrived I was greeted with a beautiful smile and a warm 'how can we help you'. They were very busy and I had a long trip ahead to get back to my home. Roger was excellent at getting me immediate service. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, John Hewett, I was very impressed with the entire process and back on the road within the hour. My entire experience was excellent!
